The Leadership School in Ukraine

Hello, dear members and guests of the site of the International NGO SAIC.

I published a standard sketchy plan for constructing interactive activity by the request of many young guys who are just beginning their own way of the leader. As an example, I took the plan one of The Leadership School exercise which I did last year.

If you want your activity went well and efficiently, it is necessary to begin to draw up a plan, you will be guided in the future.

Also  using one template of building a plan of activities allows you to optimize time and allows other members of the organizing committee to understand and easy to guide the plan in the event of force majeure.

THE PLAN
 

Theme: ‘KATIMBA’ and Feedback

Trainer: Emil Volski

Goal:Acquainting participants of Leader School with the rules and principles of ‘KATIMBA’ and Feedback.

Time: 2 hours

Amount:  10 participants

Age: 14-16 y.o.

Location: The small audience-room
 

Stuff:

·        Whatman paper……………...2 pcs.

·        Markers, pens………………..1 set.

·        Notebook……………………10 pcs.
 

Training course

Introduction:

1.      Presentation of the components of «KATIMBA» - Kol (voice), Tnua (movement), Yadaim (hand gesture), Mabat (view) Bitahon (confidence), Hofaa (appearance), and the filing of all components of «KATIMBA».

2.      Acquainting with the rules and principles of Feedback.
 

Main part:

1.      Task for the participants - to think of history (an imaginary or life), and present it to the group, basing on the rules of «KATIMBA».

2.      Upon completion of the presentation of history, the speaker is allowed to get the Feedback from the rest of participants, basing on the rules of Feedback & KATIMBA.

3.      Analysis of the leading trainers on the presentations and Feedbacks.
 

Conclusion:


Using the rules and principles of ‘KATIMBA’ is an integral part of the leader to effectively achieve the goal.
The ability of giving and receiving of The Feedback is also an important element of the leader.
